I want to adopt a dog in your hospice program. Is that possible?
CSDR dogs in our hospice care are not adoptable.
I want to surrender my senior dog, can you take them?
We do take owner surrenders on a case-by-case basis. To start the process, click here.
What does the adoption fee cover?
Your adoption fee covers a complete veterinary health exam and treatment. Each dog has unique needs, but it covers things like dental cleanings, vaccinations, and a microchip.
Do you do adoption trials?
We rarely do adoption trials because shuffling around senior dogs is unnecessarily stressful for them; however, we are committed to each dog going to the best fit possible. If you have concerns about the dog you're interested in, please reach out to our adoption coordinators at info@coseniordogrescue.com.
